    Description

    White House Communications Agency (WHCA) portfolio for legal-size notepads.  Seems to be leather-bound, but it could be synthetic leather or some other material.  Approx. 14" x 9.5" when closed.
    This was made by AT&T Corp. (AT&T logo is on the inside cover pocket) & given as a gift to some WHCA key personnel during a meeting between AT&T & WHCA representatives regarding an important AT&T-managed White House communications system (some more specific details can be provided to the buyer).
    To save shipping weight, I will not include the actual notepad seen in the photo.
