Vintage GERZ Beer Stein - Olympia

Beautiful Gerz Beer Stein with lid featuring Olympia Beer. The stein is in super condition and has beautiful details with vivid colors. The blues are rich and make all the details and writing stand out. It has German writing on both sides with a Horseshoe and the Olympia lettering centered within the writing. The Horseshoe's golden color and the waterfall inside it show the details of this finely crafted stein. On the lid is a set of raised levels with a pointed finial at the top. The lid is bright inside and has the mark DBGM inside the lid along with a symbol I could not identify. The thumb piece to raise the lid is also embellished. The stein does not appear to have ever been used as the inside pictures show. The stein is stamped Original Gerzit on the bottom. The only condition issue is someone wrote on the bottom which is visible in the photos. This is one of the finer examples of West German craftsmanship and would make a great addition to any collection. Olympia fans may also find this a very nice piece they can use to enjoy their favorite beverage.
