Cigar Band Fok Art Dish or bowl. Beautiful example of a folk art trend popular in the early 1900's. Comprised of numerous colorful and attractive cigar band labels attached and then sealed with a felt bottom. The center features a photo of President William McKinley  and the words Recuerdos De McKinley El Presidente, with bear beneath and, surrounded by cigar bands. Original, of course.
Condition: Very good, the felt on the reverse has started to peel away at the edges
