Vintage Celluloid Prison Ring President Franklin Roosevelt Size 7

For your consideration is this nice celluloid ring. Difficult to see with the hat, but  I was told it was Franklin Roosevelt.   It is a size 7. The face measures a hair under 3/4 inches and tapers to about 1/4 in the back. An interesting ring!
The celluloid has nice banding of color that can be seen in the second picture. The top line on the right appears to be part of the banding and the ring is guaranteed as secure.
