This book was in a box that I purchased
at auctio
n. It appears to be complete.   The condition of the book in my opinion is in good condition, with  minor handling wear on the sides.   There is no information as to who or when this booklet was published.  The booklet is in good condition but does have some chipping on the front paper cover.  The whole booklet is printed on a card stock type paper.
Buyer is to pay shipping of .25, for first class mail.
I will gladly combine winning lots and reduce the total amount of shipping as much as possible.  Please request an invoice so I may combine winning auctions.
