B) Shipping – United States shipping only. Lower 48 States only. No shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. No International shipping.
a.      We are located in California- East coast shipments may take a bit longer due to shipping distance, and courier delays.
b.     We can only ship to the eBay / PayPal address which is submitted at the time of your payment. If you wish to ship to an alternative address, please update your PayPal and eBay account prior to making payment.  If you forgot to change your address, we review the exception on a case by case basis.
c.      We ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. We are setup with eBay for 1-Day Handling time.   If your order comes in after 8am on Friday, your shipment will be prepared for shipment on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then the shipment will be prepared on Tuesday).
d.      United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx and couriers - Please understand that we do not control the courier’s delivery times or costs. For example, Priority Mail is an estimate of 2-3 days; however, according to the USPS the time frame is not a delivery guarantee.  The only postage which is guaranteed by the Post Office is Express mail which is very pricey.  We only offer Express if you provide a pre-paid shipping label.
e.       Please take into consideration shipping time and costs prior to placing bid or purchasing.

We have found this to be consistent in many cases, but not all, with but not limited to, radio tuning dials, Playstation Controllers, Atari Paddle controllers, volume dials, etc. We do not provide this service.
3)    Post Sale questions are discouraged by eBay.  Please do not make a purchase before receiving answers to your question(s).
RETURN POLICY:
A)  We do strive to deliver excellent customer service.  We do our best to provide accurate listings with fair values to you our customer.
B)  We do understand special circumstances arrive in which there may be a legitimate reason to return an item.  Please contact us with your inquiry.
C)   In the event you “Just Didn’t Like an Item”, you must contact us to discuss.  If your return is approved, you will be obligated to pay for return shipping and original* shipping.  In addition, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee to help cover the eBay and PayPal fees incurred at the time of sale of the product.
D) The eBay Money Back Guarantee only applies to items that are not listed correctly.  Please read the eBay Money Back Guarantee policies before making an offer or purchasing our items.
