Vintage Antique Ice Cream Scoop Spoon Dairy Spade Wood Handle

Very old ice cream scoop or scraper or spoon. It has a wood handle and a steel shaft/spoon section and ferrule, secured with a singe pin through the tang inside the handle. Shows wear, (presumably) chrome plating worn.  I tried to take a lot of pictures to give a good idea of markings and condition.
No markings, just a neat old item.
Overall length 10", width 2-7/8".
