To achieve a better water-filtration effect, fractional filtration is adopted on our 20 LB commercial grease interceptor, whose flow rate is about 10 GPM (37.85 LPM). The interior space is divided into three different filter areas. The solid waste and grease will be stopped by the filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
Our 20 LB commercial grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, featuring durability and sturdiness. There is a rust & corrosion-proof coating on its exterior surface, which is easy to clean and hard to deform.
As a piece of rugged equipment for collecting and filtering the waste in the kitchen, this commercial grease interceptor spotlights the excellent sealing effect. The lid can be tightly fixed with a screw. The cushion layer is equipped for increasing friction and enhancing airtightness. Besides, a sealing ring and PTFE tape are also included in the package.
You can connect our commercial grease trap to your kitchen sink conveniently. Just link the grease inlet pipe to the higher inlet hole and the water outlet pipe to the lower outlet hole, then it will work properly. A piece of connecting pipe is provided, with which you can place it right below the drainage outlet of the sink. P.S. You need to prepare the grease inlet pipe and water drainage pipe by yourself.
