    German stoneware, relief, 1/2L, pewter lid.
    The text on the body reads:
    “
    Ein frischer Trunk, ein gutes Wort, ist stets willkommen an jedem Ort. Spare deine Sorgen alle auf Morgen, Heute sie meide heut walte Freude.
    ”
    And translates to
    :

    Condition and Description:
    Overall in excellent condition.  Only minor issue of note, some very minor wear to salt glaze in a few areas.  This is a very nice salt glaze stein, that displays incredibly well!
