    Description

    This bronze medal was struck by API Maco in 1984 and sold in 1985 to commemorate the start of 40th President Ronald Regan's second term in office. Regan in pictured on the front, with then- Vice President George Bush in profile. I believe this was the official medal of the inauguration; a .999 fine silver version was produced as well.
    The medal measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. It has some dings on the front and back rims. It looks great on a desk or would make a nice addition to a Regan, or presidential, collection.
