    I don't know where or how these were distributed.
    It was part of a set of all presidents up to, and including, Gerald Ford.
    I'm quite sure this was issued for the bicentennial.
    This is just for the Nixon packet.
    It is unopened.  It has some discoloration (see pictures).
    It was packed by I..M., Perrysburg, Ohio
