This is a Rare Panorama Picture of the 1913 Inauguration of President Woodrow Wilson at the US Capitol.
Published by I & M  Ottenheimer (numbered #1) of Baltimore Maryland.
On the left of the picture are the Annapolis Midshipmen of the US Navy, on the right are the West Point Cadets.
The black & white picture measures 27" x 5.5" with the frame it is 32" x 10"
