This is in nice shape, not perfect, does not write, but never used, looks like a give away from the credit union, but try to research it on line, and almost no info on the Credit Union.
This is the Vintage Pen, it is plastic and actually filed with shredded money, looks like late 1970s or very early 1980s, if you can find out when the credit union was establi
shed, it would date this, as it is marked "Souvenir 20th Anniversary of Pabst Federal Credit Union".
