The photo also shows First Lady Nancy Reagan, President Jimmy Carter, then V. President G.H. Bush, Barbara bush, and others. This photo is framed so it is in great condition, and no discoloring on the photo. This was given to a close family friend from President Ronald Reagan for his help and support during his presidential campaign.
