Receipt from Carter's Bonded Warehouse for "one bale of cotton received from Wylie McLendon for storage in course of interstate or foreign commerce," designating it as number 5434 with a weight of 464 pounds. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Carter.
U.S. Department of Agriculture stamp.  Ink accomplishments look to be in Carter's own handwriting.
