    Description

This lot comprises a collection/accumulation of 420 1dinero issues of 1862 and 1868 (Scott #’s 12 and 14). The stamps are mounted on three-hole loose-leaf pages and except for the first line on page 1 that consists of mint and paste-up examples; are used with many nice town, city, and mute cancellations. There are also numerous shades, especially in the 1862 issues, differences in paper thickness, cancel colors, and several pairs and strips. I have scanned 10 of the 14 pages in the lot. Items include a variety of Arica and Lima cancel types including blue varieties; several pairs of stamps including a “C38” cancel; Chicl(ayo) in blue; Islas (de Chinche); and nice strikes of Chachapoyas, Huancavelica, Trujillo, Callao, Puno, etc
