We began our business with a small store front with approximately 800 square feet in the heart of New York City on the world famous Bowery.

PAYMENT
We only accept payment through PayPal on eBay for prompt shipment. Immediate payment is required for all purchases through our store so we can process and ship your merchandise or equipment promptly. SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for orders being shipped to New York. Tax collection is based on the address where your order is being shipped. Some states require that tax be collected for both product and shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING
Almost all of our products are shipped through UPS and depending on the size of the item or order via Freight Delivery. Most of our orders will shipped within 1-2 business days and sometimes the same business day unless expressly noted otherwise in the listing. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account. Most items are stocked in our New York based warehouses but some may ship directly from the manufacturer. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and suggest an alternative solution to deliver your order. All equipment and larger items will ship LTL Freight.
While most of items are free shipping please note that lift gate service is not included.
Free shipping includes delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock. If you don't have a loading dock then it is curbside delivery and
the freight driver is only responsible to move the freight to the end of the tailgate. You are responsible for offloading your product with a forklift or hand lift it off the truck.
If you don't have a forklift it is recommended to opt for the lift gate service. By having a lift gate, the driver can lower your product to the ground for you on a lift behind his truck. You pay what we pay for the lift gate service and that is an additional -. If you order more than one unit that ship to the same commercial address then you will only need to pay for the lift gate once.
Large equipment almost always ships directly from the manufacturer and may require an additional 5-7 days for delivery depending on your location (Please take into account construction time of the unit). RETURN
Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection.

REPLACEMENT
If an order or item arrives damaged through UPS, FedEx, or USPS: Please contact us immediately at (718) 789-4560 or email us through eBay and do not open the package. If the order arrives damaged through a freight company: Please inspect the unit/equipment, take pictures of any visible damage, and do not accept the delivery. We will ask that you take pictures of the arrived order in its original packaging and email them to us for claim processing. Once we process a claim we will ship a replacement to you immediately or as soon as your item is available. We will send a return label for the damaged item to you either through email, enclosed with the replacement package or schedule a pick-up/call-tag at your location. Please note that pick-up/call-tag options are not always available due to location and conditions of the shipping company.
