as First Lady of California. Two-page, front and back, document headed “The Superior Court” of Los Angeles, summoning Reagan for jury duty to begin March 15, 1967. Nancy filled out the portion asking to be excused from service, writing “
I no longer live in Los Angeles. I am in Sacramento with my husband for the next four years. Nancy Reagan
”.
With original Executive Mansion envelope with typed “Mrs. Nancy Reagan” on back return address portion.
Two file holes at top, folds, else fine.
