Condition: The unit was powered up using test bench AA batteries and the display works, the buttons sequence through screens. Actual setup or use not tested. Listed as "used" but actually NOS, open box with minor defects listed below. The rear battery cover has some oxidation/discoloration and its plastic push-in fasteners are chipped. They can be replaced by coarse thread screws.
