This pewter plate is part of a series that the International Silver Company made to honor the Presidents of the United States. This one in particular is of Abraham Lincoln. However if you notice the outer edge of the plate has all the Presidents from Georgia Washington to Gerald Ford.
This plate is signed by the artist-last picture.
There are no flaws that I can see but please see pictures.
