It has 40mm pin holes, approximately 5 3/8" between the ears, 7 3/4" on centers fits Cat 303, but will fit others, see tag and pics for specs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, I can ship to most locations in the continental US for 0 to a business with a forklift. Most of the items we sell will come to you Freight banded to a pallet. Shipping is always quoted to a commercial location with a loading dock and forklift, not a home based business.
