    Complete 4-page September 12, 1795 Boston newspaper featuring a front page letter signed in script type by President Washington referencing the Jay Treaty. This was at the time the Treaty had been ratified by the Senate, but was being faced with strong opposition. More on the Jay Treaty and President Washington on page 2.
