    Flare Thread Repair Die
For 1/4" Male Flare Hose Connections
This little guy is a MUST for any HVAC & R  repair technician.
Almost all hose connections in the HVAC & R trade are 1/4" Male Flare.
You can use this repair die to repair the threads on any 1/4" male flare fitting.
We actually use this when we get a refrigerant tank with bad threads from the supplier or most of the time it's a flying weld
    spatter
    that got on the threads.
This thread die will screw onto the connection and repair the threads.
We always put a drop of vacuum pump oil on the threads first so we don't wear out the die.
This is the best  tool we ever got for those tank repairs or any 1/4" male flare fitting repair.
