WILLIAM CLEWELL. USED IN EARLY 1900'S. KEY KNOB AT TOP WAS USED TO LOOSEN ICE CREAM WHEN SCOOPED OUT. MADE FROM TIN METAL. MEASURES 3 1/4" DIAMETER. METAL HANDLE 4 1/2" . STANDS 4 1/4" HIGH.
