Character Collectibles Dale Earnhardt Seven Time Winner.  Comes with the Certification #6/1807.  Figure is still in foam (some wear) and with the packing paper (we removed to take pictures, but will put back.  Comes with the Original Box.  I would consider this more Open Box then New, but Ebay does not have that category.  I believe it was purchased and just stored away.  Please view the pictures to make your own judgement.
Box has some minor wear.
