Thickened Material: Our 25LB commercial grease trap made of heavy-duty 1.2 mm thickness stainless steel ,features durability and sturdiness. The rust & corrosion-proof surface is easy to clean and hard to deform. The inside filter basket with dense mesh also adopts stainless steel, which can effectively stop the solid waste and grease in the first step.
Fractional Filtration:  Fractional filtration is adopted on our 25 LB commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 5 GPM. The interior space is divided into three different filter areas. Solid waste and grease will be filtered by the waste-collecting basket firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
Excellent Sealing Effect: As a piece of rugged equipment for collecting and filtering the waste in the kitchen, this commercial grease trap calls attention to the excellent sealing effect. The lid and the fuselage fit perfectly. The water inlet and drain outlet are also firmly welded to the fuselage.
Installation Methods: Installation is very simple. Just connect the pipe run from the sinks and dishwasher to the grease trap inlet. Then pipe the grease trap outlet directly to drain. We recommend solvent weld pipe is used for a secure fit. Also make sure the trap is on the flat floor.You can apply it to various places, including but not limited to restaurants, fast food chains, public canteens, home kitchens, etc.
Wide Application: The oil-water separator is suitable for treating oily water of mineral oil, animal oil, vegetable oil, mixed oil and all kinds of emulsified oil.
