    Description

    For your consideration is this antique 1887 German Half Liter Mettlach Villeroy/Boch hand painted ceramic stein with pewter top and thumb rest.  The stein was beautifully crafted for the Gottingen 150th anniversary.  Artwork by Christian Warth (see note).  The stein, measuring 8 3/4" in height and 4 1/4" in width, is in excellent condition.
