Coaster Details and Dimensions
Coasters are approximately 4in in diameter and 1/4in thick.
Coasters are engraved on durable plywood and coated with Watco water seal to protect the wood and engraving from water or other liquids.

PRODUCT CONDITION AND WARRANTY
All WilStone Engraving products are new and unused and are typically made within hours or days of your order.  We uphold high quality standards on every piece that leaves our shop.
Product Finish
All our engraved products (unless noted in the listing) are finished wood.    We apply a variety of different coatings to our products depending on what we are making and where it is intended.  Typically, we apply light coats of polyurethane or water seal to our engraved products.  They are not meant for outdoor use as shipped.  If you want to hang these products outdoors or in a high moisture environment we suggest you apply several coats of polyurethane to protect it.
SHIPPING
Shipping is done through the most economical routes and varies by product line.  We try to ensure that the products we send are packaged well enough to endure the trials of shipment.  We do carry insurance on all our shipments!
If your product arrives and the package is damaged take pictures of the packaging BEFORE you open it.  And then take pictures of the item as it comes out of the package.  Inspect the condition and if it is not as it should be contact us immediately.  We will help to remedy the situation.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a standard 30 day return policy with a money back warranty through eBay.  If there is a problem with your product contact us before you open a claim and we will take care of it.
NOTE: Custom orders are not returnable/refundable after we receive your order approval.
PRODUCT DETAILS AND CONDITION.
All Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Every individual item is one of a kind. Finish, texture, color, wood grain and wood material may vary. Dimensions are approximate. Each piece has a unique beauty.
Wood products differ greatly, and the actual appearance of your item may vary from the items pictured. We do not consider knots, or darker portions of our cuts and or burns to be defects.  We consider it to be character in the piece.  If you have aversion to knots or other finished wood features, please contact us before you order to see what options we have for you.
NOTICE:  All of our engraved products are made from a variety of wood products.  We use many types of wood to create our work.  And as such the wood we use reacts differently to the cutting process and dry environments.  We have seen some of our products warp slightly over time (sometimes immediately after cutting due to heat).  This is all in relation to the wood and conditions that the piece is displayed in.
We do try to avoid sending warped products, however, warping is not considered a reason for return.  It is an uncontrollable feature of the base wood products.

Payment and Cancellation
All orders must be paid through eBay prior to the start of work or shipment.  We do not start our laser without the payment process completed.  We make everything as orders come in.
If you do decide to cancel your order, you need to cancel the order on your end.  We cannot cancel orders on this end without penalties from eBay.
All we ask is that you please inform us of your intent to cancel as soon as possible and if possible, please provide your reason for cancellation so that we can better serve you in the future.
Custom Orders can not be cancelled once approved by you for production.
