An interesting postcard picturing the leaders of the Central Powers from World War I. The card is franked with Peru Scott #212, the 5 centavo Manuel Pardo stamp from 1918 which is tied to the card by a Trujillo postmark dated October 28, 1918. There is a censor mark: "PASSED BY CENSOR 161". See scans for condition - small corner crease.
