You have the complete sheet music, published by Wamelink & Barr (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania).  The cover is mounted in an original c.1860s-1870s American veneered mahogany frame, while the inner music pages are loose.  (They have been stored in a folded position, and will be shipped that way, as shown.)
The framed cover bears two very old faintly stamped insignias, from two different music stores in the Pittsburgh area (where it was printed).
As pictured, the sheet music clearly bears the edge crease from the lithography plate.

- Age toning and minor staining, with edge deterioration and chipping
