    (16) Vintage Brass Finish 4-1/2" Pleater Hooks for Curtains or Drapes. These are metallic, so it's not solid brass, just a finish or plating. I lightly cleaned them, and while their condition improved slightly since this photo was taken, not much changed. The brass finish is wearing off on parts of them, creating something of an aged, weathered, almost farmhouse kind of effect. If you want something that has genuine age from over a half century, perhaps this will interest you. If you need something in very good condition that is more bright and shiny, these are not the droids you're looking for.
