The condition is almost the same please see pictures included.
This auction is for (1 ONLY) USED GOLF COURSE TEE MARKER with the Presidential Seal that reads "Fore-par" on the side and was used on the first hole at the Western White House. This item is from Richard Nixon's Western White House in San Clemente, CA.
This is the same as the tee marker pictured on the front of the golf course guide I currently have listed on eBay.
It comes as is and was used on the golf course. It's a little dirty and I'm leaving it as is for the collector that wants it used and in original, unrestored condition.
It's very heavy and quite large and weighs approximately 8-10 pounds. The paint on the seal is in very nice condition and is the original blue paint.
Please note: If you look at my auction for the golf course guide this item is featured on the front cover and this was actually used on the course as pictured.

It Measures a large approximately 4 1/2 inches wide and approximately 10 inches long including the ground spike it's actually quite large. I believe it is made out of cement.

A fantastic and super rare piece of American History.
These are super rare and you will most likely never see these again they are just that rare.
These were obtained by my father who worked for then President Richard Nixon as the designer and head groundskeeper for his ocean front golf course and grounds and worked for him through most of the 1970's. I can send Google search information for articles written about my Dad if you like. Please message me.
I have several keepsakes my Dad obtained and I am only letting go of these because I have several.
Anyone that loves politics would love this amazing, authentic item and anything from The Western White House is super rare.
Please Note: I have included proof of my fathers employment to help authenticate these items. (I did not want to include his name in the picture so I redacted it, but can include it later). I have several of his check stubs.
We lived in El Toro at the time of his employment and he was a personal employee of the President as you can see by his check stub pictured
Several of the items he owned he has donated to the Nixon Presidential Museum in Yorba Linda, Ca and they are on display there.
